The Project Committee is responsible for conceptualizing and executing projects that align with the goals and objectives of the alumni association. This committee identifies areas where the alumni can make a meaningful impact and works towards implementing projects that address those areas. These projects could include mentorship programs, networking events, career development workshops, and fundraising initiatives.
Alumni
The Justo Mwale University Alumni Association was established to foster lasting connections between the university and its graduates. The association serves as a platform for alumni to collaborate, support each other, and contribute to the growth and advancement of the university.
One of the key facets of the alumni association is the alumni committee. These committees play a significant role in organizing and implementing various initiatives and programs that benefit both alumni and the university.

The mission of the Justo Mwale University Alumni Association is to create a lifelong and worldwide community of alumni through increased opportunities for meaningful engagement in order to increase awareness, pride, participation, volunteer involvement, and philanthropic commitment to the University.

Who is an Alumni Member?
The Alumni Association constitution defines alumni membership as follows:
- All persons who have received a degree from Justo Mwale; or
- All persons who have been registered as students in a degree-granting program at the Institution for (i) at least one full term in any undergraduate class which has already graduated; or (ii) for at least two full terms as graduate students.
Alumni/ae Members shall be entitled to vote for members of the Alumni Association Selection Committee and for amendments to this Constitution, shall be eligible for any position selected by the Alumni Association Committee, and shall be entitled to such other privileges, if any, as may be provided for in this Constitution or the Bylaws.
